Nakumatt Holdings has just finalized a buy out deal with the Union Trade Center (UTC), the leading Kigali City shoping mall. This Nakumatt City Center will open in July 2008 after transformation. A second complex of 30,000 square meters surface area is also to be developed in Kigali City with more capacity.
