After examining the need to set up relevant instructions in order to avoid trafficking of children through inter-country adoption, the Minister of Gender and Family Promotion hereby sets the following guidelines regarding the procedure of concluding inter-country adoption in Rwanda. 
On Monday 25th, 2009, from 10:30 to 14:00, 10th Africa Day Symposium was held at the United Nations University Headquarters in Tokyo. 
May 24th (Sun), the annual meeting of Japan Coffee Society was held at Gakushi-Kaikan in Kanda, Tokyo. At the meeting, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda, Dr. Emile Rwamasirabo was invited as a keynote speaker and he provided a lecture �Rwanda and Rwandan Coffee�.
