KIGALI (Reuters), Nov 6 2008 : The International Monetary Fund (IMF) expects Rwanda’s economy to grow 8.5 percent this year but dip to 6 percent in 2009 on high inflation and a global economic slowdown, its representative in Kigali said on Thursday.
